Motion has a cause. Hover lifts an offer slightly. Loading turns only the local indicator. Stock changes pulse once, not forever.
Streaming does not shift the page. Live text keeps reserved space and updates remain inside their component.
Reduced motion is complete. The suite collapses transitions to one frame while retaining every piece of state information.
